Features
Horde (2d4+1) - Passive: When the Beetles have marked half or more of their HP, their standard attack deals 2d4+1 physical damage instead.
Momentum - Passive: When the Beetles make a successful attack against a PC, you gain a Fear.
Omophagous - Action: Mark a HP to have 5 Beetles burrow under the skin of a PC within Melee range, forcing them to mark a Stress and Infecting them. While Infected, the target takes 6 direct physical damage every time they roll with Fear. This condition is cleared when the PC clears a HP or a Stress.
